You can never have too many projects at one time when you have a baby on the way. 😉 We are going to be soon starting baby girl’s nursery and the design inspiration has begun. The walls in the bedroom are already painted a soft gray, so I plan to keep them this color and add some pops of color throughout. The color palette will consist of white, soft gray, pale pink & coral.
Wall Color: Dunn Edwards Faded Gray
Wallpaper on one wall: Serena & Lily Lamu in Bone
Accent Colors: Coral & Pale Pink
Since Ella will be at the perfect age for a big girl bed when the new baby arrives, we will move her furniture into baby girl’s room to use. We have the Pottery Barn Kids Kendall Crib (low profile), the Kendall extra long dresser + changing topper & the Presidio Glider from Serena & Lily.
I went with a simple look for the crib bedding this time around. A stark white, trimmed with a soft pink bumper + crib skirt. We have two sheets ~ The shell trellis and a fun, colorful Starburst crib sheet from Serena & Lily. The Starburst will add that pop of color I’m looking for.

I have always been inspired by gallery walls in so many cute nurseries, so I decided to try it out. The key for me was choosing prints I love and customizing colors if needed. Since I am using varying shades of pink and coral in her nursery, coordinating prints were rather easy to find. I narrowed down to these six:
1. Coral/Pink Ombre Wrapping Paper ~ Rifle & Co.
2. Wild Thing, You Make my Heart Sing ~ Etsy
3. XO ~ Etsy
4. Hello Sweet Beautiful Girl ~ Lindsay Letters
5. Patches ~ Etsy
6. Woodland Bunny ~ Etsy
